I booked Manhattan City Limo’s Hummer just before 6 pm last Saturday on a rainy night with heavy traffic. My request was that they collect my friend from his home to take him to the venue where his bachelor party was being held just five minutes from his place. I agreed to their fees and instructed them to proceed. Nevertheless, they advised me that for the same fee they could collect me (which would take them extra time) and then we could pick my friend up. Nice service. Included in the service were complimentary champagne and a good chat until we collected my pleasantly surprised friend. My friend and I chatted away in the back of amazing car until we reached the destination where the driver dropped us off and he left. Then to my surprise he reappeared at the venue ten minutes later: I had drop my wallet and you had come to return it. I cannot commend the driver and this limo business more for the excellent service, excellent communication and amazing integrity. I really hope that they continue to enjoy their business and that they prosper in the future. I believe all customers that lucky enough to find them will be more than delighted with their service. Thanks for the superb service.
