I received an email from NRO offering free 2day air shipping service which costs $22. I ordered a Patagonia jacket on December 18th 2012 and the money was charged right away. Today is December 27th and my order status still says 'awaiting shipment'. WHAT THEY DO is ordering products when customers order products, which means, they are selling stuff they DO NOT HAVE in stock. I just spoke with online store rep, says they order the jacket from Patagonia directly but they didn't hear from them any yet. It's been more that a week and they never even notify me what was going on. I tried to contact them by phone, email and chat but no one ever contacts me back. Now they pick up the phone and just said 'sorry'.
If you don't want to waste your time and energy, I strongly recommend to avoid this seller. It's pretty interesting that I see lot of people complain and talk bad about this seller but they keep running their business.
