Scheduled an appointment for service a week ahead with Karla. The appointment was for 9:00am at my business (located 45 miles away from my home). No one showed up so I called the office at 9:45, spoke to Karla and she proceeded to tell me that she did not know why the tech decided to go to a different service request, I confirmed with her that I had in fact scheduled an appointment (with her) for 9:00am today and she did confirm it, she was not apologetic at all and couldn't get me off the phone soon enough. I will never use Cressy again. RESPONSE FROM Cressy Door Co, Inc.: We unfortunately dropped the ball on this customer. Our service tech got confused as to what time, and was out of range to get a call to him. When we did it was too late. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and always try to do our best and have a good track record with regards to scheduling.
