Review content:
We called yesterday as our less than a month old garage door was stuck in the open position and we couldn't get it down even after trying the manual override. I spoke to someone who was very nice but informed me there was nothing she could do to help me. Techs only work 7am - 4pm and I would just have to wait until the next day to get something scheduled. I explained that we had tools and building materials in the garage and couldn't keep it open over night. She just appologized and said there was nothing she could do. Seriously? My husband and I work 7am-3:30pm and would never make it home in time. He can't take off early since he's a teacher. Eventually, my Dad had to leave work early and drive an hour to take part of the garage door opener apart.

Thank you for the review.It's important to get accurate information regarding our service level. One of the services we offer is an on call service that fields all after hours calls. We are working with them to assure our existing customers (Residential and Commercial) get preferred treatment. Our standard after hours service did not include residential service. We are now adding limited residential service on a preferred/existing customer basis only for customers that have security issues and can't wait until our standard operation hours which is 7 am to 4pm.
