Review content:
My A/C wasn't working so Marty from Kramer & Sons came out and he looked at the unit. He said that the fan was working but the A/C was not getting power. I told him I had my electrical panel replaced last year and he tested the unit using his equipment and he traced the problem back to the electrical box. So, I called the electrical company I used in October and sure enough they didn't hook up a wire and as soon as they fixed that, the A/C started working.
Marty was very helpful, explained things to me, and showed me why he believed it was the electrical and not the A/C that was the problem. He gave me a discount certificate for an A/C tune-up so that between the cost of the call charge for coming out to my house and the discount for the tune-up, it will just come out to be the cost of a tune-up when I get it.
