I called Steinway Alarm at 11:50 on a Friday night (tonight). they answered the phone, yes they really answered the phone. the tech will be out tomorrow to fulfill my request.
I did not have to plead about my dire situation or beg for his services....no questions asked, he will be here tomorrow morning.
service like this in this day in age, thank you for your understanding and encompassing the meaning of customer service.
