First off I would like to say thank you to Mick, Bob and Brough for making this car buying experience the best experience I have had in all my years of vehicle purchases. The staff was so friendly, courteous and very honest with me from the very first contact. Bob and Mick made me feel so comfortable they listened to my needs and were more interested in making sure i was well attended to than ""just making a sale"". I felt ver comfortable with the courtesy I received from Bigler Motors, I drove 1686 miles across 9 states to trade in my vehicle for a previously owned Hummer H2 that was in pristine condition and detailed as if it had just rolled off the assembly line. when i arrived at Bigler motors i was very impressed on how clean and organized the dealership was and I felt very comfortable. they have a very wide selection of vehicles and all appeared to be in equally pristine condition as the vehicle i was purchasing. I had a few minor issues and concerns once I made it back to Miami and again Bigler motor amazed me in there upmost attention, Bigler Motors stepped up to the plate and made sure everything was resolved in a fast simple and efficient manner. All my paperwork arrived on time as Mick said it would shortly after and I was able to title and plate my car well before my temp tag ran out. I want to say that if you are considering doing business with Bigler Motors you are making the right choice! I do believe the service, attention to detail and customer service is incomparable to most dealers across the nation. TRUST ME ON THIS I drove just over 3200 miles round trip for this transaction and I'm glad I chose to do business with Bigler Motors!!!
