Hard Target teaches children martial arts skills in a healthy and positive way. My 6 year old daughter is learning important skills - not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well - and having fun the entire time. She has gained so much in our 9 months with Hard Target, and looks forward to class every time. The positive influence this program and its instructors have had in her life is immeasurable, as are the skills she is developing. To see confidence, strength, respect and commitment nurtured in your child is invaluable, and Hard Target does this above and beyond any expectations I've ever had.
