Review content:
I was visiting the store to browse & look at the puppies with my 6 year old daughter... my daughter wanted to pet the puppies, and we heading that way... I noticed a sign that *required* a ""Donation"" of $1.00 to pet the puppies. (A ""Donation"" of $5.00 for one-on-one time). The sign also said that a percentage of the donation went to Seminole County Animal Services. I asked the young lady about the ""Donation Requirement,"" and she just shrugged and directed me to the owner. I explained to him that a ""Donation,"" by definition, is voluntary, and he should just call it a 'charge' for petting. I then asked what percentage of the ""Donation"" went the Animal Control, and he said 'it depends,"" and then hemmed and hawed about it... something didn't feel right, and I questioned him further... he called me an ""A$$hole"" right in front on my daughter. I replied, ""Excuse me?"" And he stepped closer and said it again, louder! A crowd started to gather, and I left before anything crazy happened. I complained to mall management, and called Seminole County Animal Services, who knew nothing about this guy, and are going to (supposedly) investigate this further. This guy is a disrespectful person from whom I would never buy anything, let alone trust with adding or caring for a furry family member. STAY AWAY from this store!!!
