Our hopes for a nice Sunday breakfast turned into a nightmare, one which we plan to never experience again! First of all, the waitress stood around chatting to a neighboring table, ignoring our arrival for quite some time. When she finally came our way, we told her that we wanted the Cajun breakfast, made with scrambled eggs, and a side of bacon. My daughter told her to have the bacon and hashbrowns made well-done or crispy. When it arrived, the bacon and hashbrowns were undercooked, and the hashbrowns were drowning in cheese sauce making them extra soggy. I ran to flag her down and have the bacon and hashbrowns cooked longer. She returned the bacon cooked correctly, but the eggs were now ""overeasy"" instead of scrambled! I had to get up and run back to the kitchen staff and ask them to fix the problem. Finally a waiter brought our order to me and stated, ""Here's round three!"" How rude and improper, especially since it was our waitress who failed to listen to us! If I owned this restaurant, they would be looking for new jobs!
