Businiess name:  Artisan Hotel

Review content:
We stayed at the Artisan only because it was the only hotel we were able to get rooms at. Now, I can't wait to stay there again. The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous pieces of art everywhere (I especially liked the art-on-the-ceiling effect). I spent hours just looking around the hotel. Each room is dedicated and decorated by a particular artist. Located by the Stratosphere, the hotel is still close enough to the Las Vegas action to make it convenient; yet the absence of slot machines in the Artisan is classy and nice to call home. The bar is awesome, and I loved the complimentary wine tasting. The hotel manager was very accomodating and friendly. If you came to Las Vegas for the huge resort/casino/luxury room vacation, then this isn't the place for you. If you want to stay at a great abberation from the typical Las Vegas hotel, then maybe you should try the unique, cozy, amazing Artisan. Pros: very interesting, beautiful, great ambience. Cons: regular rooms are fairly small, building is old (part of its charm though), can feel like a scary movie set sometimes...
