Review content:
I am not renewing my membership because of the extremely rude staff member. I go to this gym every morning, Monday through Saturday. And every time this man is working, he seems to single people out to hassle. He waits until a line forms to inform everyone that they have to put their name on some list to get a machine. He accuses people of sneaking into the gym when he watched these same people sign in only minutes earlier. His attitude is not appreciated, and I will not tolerate rude customer service. For the executives at Dolphin, perhaps you should reconsider continuing his employment because not only is he rude, but he isn't promoting good health (i.e. he has to rush out the door to have a cigarette when there is no one to give a hard time). Cons: rude staff, inadequate equipment
