WORST Catering Experience Ever...BEWARE This review is for Moes' catering service. I have used the Moes in Wakefield for many events and never had any issues. Decided to use the North Hills Moes for a company holiday lunch and was told I must go through the website and Steve Gray. I ordered over 24 hours in advance, 12 is required and I received an email confirmation that my order was received and the catering manager would be in touch to confirm the order. I never heard from anyone so I called and was told I had to speak with Steve Gray, Catering Manager located at the Cameron Village store. Called and left 3 messages for Steve. NEVER heard from him. Finally called the North Hills Moes and the Store manager confirmed they had my order and they would be over at 3pm. I ORDERED LUNCH FOR 30 PEOPLE FOR 11:30. When at North Hills or Cameron Village PLEASE choose one of the other fine eating establishments.
