As to school teachers I couldn't have asked for better. they are understanding, patient, and very caring....unless you have a special needs child, then u have to drug your child up so they can deal with their DISABILITY, which is suggested to be a CHOICE in actions. My child has quite a few disabilities, which are mainly behavioral, uncontrollable to a 1st grader, even incomprehensible to a child and some adults. This school needs to learn more about peoples (and especially children's) feelings. and they need to be much more understanding of these DISABILITIES. As a parent this school has been a major nightmare!! I have gotten numerous phone calls about how my child ""should be able to control himself, stop misbehaving and not be so hyper. and quit disturbing the rest of the class."" I'm sorry that many children have to put up with this type of abuse from a place which should be helping them overcome these same types of obstacles, i may have expected this from some students his own age but not from the people who are influencing him daily... Sadly this goes on more than I'd like to think... sincerely, woeful mother of 2 special needs children.
