I went to estilo salon and I got pampered, I love it, I would recomend it to anyone. I won't let anyone else touch my hair. My friend got her hair done there for her wedding and she looked beautiful! The hair stylists are really amiable and easy to talk to, it really has a modern stylish feel to it, very chic. (and it is in oregon city) I was so pleasently surprised when I stumbled upon it one day looking for something new. Try it out, you will not regret it!
Pros: great ambience, proffesional stylists, modern chic.
Cons: behind another building, not incredibly hard to get to though :)
