Businiess name:  Trilogy Wine Bar
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Trilogy has it all. The restaurant, conveniently located just off the Pearl Street Mall, is comfy and intimate with both traditional tables and booths and overstuffed velvet couches. Service is leisurely but good. The main draw here is the yummy and varied food. Their coconut shrimp are phenominal! I would also highly recommend the Top Sirloin of Colorado Lamb, and the Macadamian Salmon. Bear in mind when ordering drinks that Trilogy is a wine bar. Martini's here need to be basic to be good. In the back room is a stage and bar with room to dance. The back room is more ""Rock"" and the from restraunt is more ""Jazz and Blues"". Pros: great food, live music in back, affordable happy hour Cons: irregular pricing
