Review content:
We made a reservation at Cafe Fiore for 8:30 and were not seated until 8:55 and the hostesses were unprofessional and didn't seems to be in any rush to seat us. Once seated we complained about the wait and the waiter apologized and asked if we would like a drink. The implication was there that the drink was free but it wasn't, he charged us anyway. We ordered our appetizer without ordering our main meal so we could enjoy it and take our time. Then we ordered our main course and yet before we were were halfway done with our appetizer our meals arrived. We felt very rushed and as if they wanted to get us out of there after making us wait to sit. Not the experience we've come to expect from an upscale restaurant and the food is just alright. Don't bother, go to Capriccio down the street, better food, better service and its cheaper.
Pros: Good ambience, live music on the weekends, comfortable seating, good food
Cons: Bad service, pricey drinks, unprofessional staff, deceptive
