Recently moved to Charlotte from Philly/NYC metro area. Lucky enough to have had 17 years of service with a great manicurist who also did waxing. One of the big concerns of relocation was finding a new wax person.. Thought I'd try My Bella Spa. Hey multiple location and waxing advertised right below their name. They must be great, right? WRONG!!! Apparently the women who work there are not trained in waxing. Trang waxed the TOP of my eyebrows and the bottom. Needless to say, I have no eyebrows. And the chin wax, that usually means under the chin. She waxed the FRONT of my chin and I have a fat lip to prove it. I hope the swelling goes down before I have to go back to work tomorrow!! Also, sanitation of the work station was questionable. Definitely do not leave the waxing to My Bella Spa!
