AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! V.. is a terrible manager who is nothing but rude and heartless. I have had countless problems and gave her evidence of these problems and her response was ""I'm sorry you feel the need to leave because of a photo""...no...I sent the photos as evidence of problems, THAT'S why I want to leave. She blows smoke up her own wazoo and pays no attention to the fact that the people she takes this attitude with are the people who are paying HARD EARNED MONEY so that they can live happily and without roaches and mice. There is a giant hole right above my shower which was put there a year ago just because of a simple leak and it was never repaired...OH and it still leaks but now because there's a gaping hole, the leak is much worse. I put in a phone call when it happened and nothing was ever done and V made it out to be my fault because I didn't complain enough about it.....DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will be paying too much of your money for awful service and some unwanted roommates who crunch under your feet when you get up in the middle of the night and who share your dishes with you no matter what cabinet you put them in.
