it took 4 months to get an owners manual,4 months for a remote to dvd player. a wall switch was never repaired after telling them 4 times it didn't work. They delivered the camper to my campsite ,first time tried airconditioner it did not work. Their solution was to give me phone#s and addresses of other places to fix the air . Now is costing me $200.00 for service call to fix my air which has never been used . Not very good treatment after giving them over 30 thousand 4 months ago
