I am an expert on customer service. It is the key componenant in making a business a success. I would like to say I have never had an extraordinary experience like I recieved at the Lone Oak Great Clips. When I walked in I expected to be unnoticed and ignored. Not so! The minute I walked in the door I was happily greeted and asked if I had ever been there before. The stylist quickly signed me in and gave me an approximate time my wait was going to be. The stylist did everything I asked and even intoduced me to some new products. They even guarantee their products as well as the haircut!! Unbelievable!! I will return to this salon and reccommend you give them a chance too! Ask for Kim. She did my hair and I love it!!!!
