Review content:
Product installed very quickly and is of good quality. (Screen Patio)However concrete foundation was poured incorrectly and the wrong shape. We pointed this out when the concrete guys were at our home. No concrete pads poured outside of screen as ordered on contract. They reassured whatever issues we had would be resolved. We decided to have the cost of the concrete pads removed. We have been having flooding problems and now the company will not help. After a rain water has no way to drain. Our patio furniture sits into 2 -3 inches of water until we take a credit card and manually slide it under the metal frame where the card will fit to allow water to drain. During heavier rains we have to open our screen door to let some of the rain water escape to prevent further flooding into out covered porch area. Screen enclosures is there business, with that the owner/salesperson should be recommending a drain installed when the screen plans were being drawn up. Very dissappointed. Thought a screened patio would be easy maintenance. A concrete slab with no screen would have been best.
