Review content:
While there are a couple of staff members at Town & Country that are pleasant to deal with and work with, most of them are rude, inconsiderate, and uncooperative. They do not respond to e-mails. Their office hours are even less than banker's hours, 9am - 4pm. Concerns about problems like lack of water pressure and complaints about snow removal are completely ignored. You are fined $50 for something silly like not handing in an emergency contact information sheet. Even the landscapers that they hire are bad. They've been working on the parking lots and stairways in a couple of buildings, which T&C claimed would last 10 days. About 6 weeks later, it STILL was not completed. Fairly recently, I saw one of the landscapers that T&C hired, doing 360s while attempting to remove snow!
