Review content:
I stopped going there last July. Just received a letter from collections saying they did not receive payment from my last cleaning! Called the insurance company who said to have never received any claims! Instead of giving me a call months ago they just sent my name to collections. Mind you, this was never even my fault as the insurance said they never even filed the claim. So they made a mistake and now I have my name in collections and supposely have to pay everything out of my pocket!! they have not been helpful and treat this as ""my problem"" even though it was all caused by THEM.
Cons: Rude staff; mistakes on filing claims and no personal attention.
