Let me preface this by saying that my friendship with Jane has no bearing on this review. I have had only a handful of massages in my life, most of which were deep tissue and during times of heavy stress and activity. I found my most recent massage with Jane to be incredibly helpful not only with the pain but increasing relaxation and comfort. I cannot believe that she has only just begun formally practicing massage therapy, I found the experience extremely professional and enjoyable. She not only worked on the areas I identified as problematic but found several other tense spots I didn't know existed. One other thing that I have yet to experience was the stretching aspect, Jane helped me stretch a few times throughout the massage which I found not only helpful but pleasant. All in all I found this to be one of my more memorable and therapeutic massages. I will be recommending Jane to my friends and I will be back. Thank you Jane!
