I have worked for Professional Tutors of America for about a 1 and 1/2 and I can honestly say I love them! Prior to working with this company I worked for another undisclosed large tutoring company in the the LA area and they are not up to par with the standards of PTA. As an employee, I don't feel like a number my supervisor Cesar answers my concerns in a timely manner. I have recruited all my former clients to this company because PTA not only cares about the students but about their employees. Students are provided with learning materials by the company and not simply given a learning plan and a tutor to figure out where to start. I have friends who are on the waiting list to be hired for PTA, I feel not only lucky but proud to be an employee for PTA!! =))
