The owner George and his technician came to my home and not only customized the service to fit my entire (and complex) cleaning needs...such as restretching, holes in my carpet, and severe cat urine damage, but the customer service and attention to detail was top-notch! I researched other companies but was challenged to find one who did it all. We own a high-end home, and I didn?t want to hire just anyone to do this job -I was recommended to Checkmate by my Realtor colleague and am so pleased with the outcome. I was very impressed with how long George stayed to ensure the job was up to Checkmate standards...he even did some work himself while in his professional suit. Micah, his highly skilled employee, made me feel comfortable, was very attentive to my concerns, and was extremely educated in their knowledge of carpet and repairs. I will undoubtedly use them again and again, but will also refer them to my own valued clients, friends and family. Thanks so much for taking care of me!!!
