I should have known after 4 attempts made to turn the machine on by the very nice Tanning assistant, Katie, that I was in for trouble. I followed the instruction to a 'T' to avoid a ""Ross"" tan from the infamous episode of Friends. After exiting the booth and toweling off I noticed terrible drip marks down my calves and thighs!!! Try as I might I could not scrub them off not even with the moist wipes provided. I thought surely I would get a refund, only to find out that they don't do refunds. They did offer to let me have a store credit . . . however, there is NO WAY I'd STEP FOOT BACK IN RIO TAN!!!! My advice is to avoid spray tanning at Rio Tan if you plan on going out in public for the next week. BEWARE!!!
Pros: Katie the Tanning Assistant was nice
Cons: I can't step foot out in public b/c of the awful spray tan I got here!
