So I have been tanning at this facility for a long time. I will credit them by saying they have clean beds and a nice atmosphere and great sales on lotions when they do have a sale. HOWEVER..the tanning plans are a bit much for the avalibility of some of the beds. I originally signed on for the lowest level bed and usually had no issue getting in and tanning. Keeping in mind they do not take appts. You are allowed to upgrade at any time during your tanning pkg also. Well, this is what I decided to do. I went to the ""gold"" pkg with the better bed. There is ONE bed for this. It seemed like I was paying a higher rate for a bed that was most of the time unavl when I got there or being ""held for someone coming with an appt"". Hmmmm I thought they didnt take appts. I was beginning to wonder if there was some favoritism among customers making it convienient for them to come and tan but not for others. SHe proceeds to ask me each time if I wanted another bed, meaning the level down. Now, why would I continue to pay a higher price for a better bed and keep tanning in the lower level bed?? I asked if I could down grade back to my previous pkg because it seemed I could get in to those beds more frequently and I coudl just pay for what I was actually tanning in. NOPE..they wont let you downgrade back, only keep upgrading. That is wrong and a huge ripoff to continue to make your client pay for a level bed you are not getting to tan in. AT least make your client happy and let them decide on whatever plan suits them. They woudl at least keep a paying customer.
