Review content:
I had a party at 5:30. I ordered 6 round tables, table cloths and 50 chairs. I said I would be there to pick up between 12-4. I show up at 2:30 to be COMPLETELY ignored. While the worker ate chips and talked to another worker. Then come to find out since I was not there AT 12:00 they gave away ALL the tables AND chairs. 3 hours before my party with NOTHING. and they did NOTHING about it. As I pulled up a woman had round tables in the back of a truck. She asked if I was there for pick up, I said yes, for round tables and she drove away. The workers then said she took the tables. So she saw me show up for the same tables in the back of her truck and then LEFT with them!! then the workers proceeded to tell us that we could have their two emergency tables [one HUGE round table and one small table] and their emergency chairs [3 or 4 white folding chairs covered in mud and grass] what a JOKE!! and after all of that they argued with my mom telling her she didn't order any chairs. after she repeatedly told them that when she called she was told there were plenty of chairs available. after this they go inside and completely leave us hanging. with absolutely nothing. no information, NOTHING. the best part was when we said we were there for pick up they looked at eachother and laughed. and the entire time we were there they talked in spanish and then laughed. SO unprofessional and disgusting. we had to get tables, tablecloths and chairs for a party of 50 in less than 3 hours. it was HORRIBLE service and I guarantee you that I am going to make their business go DOWN for what they pulled that day!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! do NOT rent from them.......they are a joke!!!!
