I decided to rent tables, chairs and linens from this place for my daughters first birthday party, everything was fine until I had to cancel the birthday party due to weather conditions. I had paid 200.00 cash for everyhitng on Wed. and on Friday I called to cancel the order. I was told by the shop owner that there is a NO Refund or exchange policy, I then proceeded to tell the shop owner that I was canceling due to weather conditions which were completely out of my control. She then began to yell at me and tell me ""Why was I doing this to her ""and that my money had already been spent on bills. I told her regardless of her signs stating no refund or no exchange a service requested was never provided due to cancelation which again was due to weather conditions and I am entitled to a full refund. She continued to scream at me as if I was a five year old child and then she said something that actually made sense, she said ""Sue Me "" so I did. After court cost and time spent dealing with this matter the judge ordered in my favor and I was awarded my full refund.. Finally !! Never rent from this place !!!
