My dog's appt. was made 10 days prior. Appt. was for Sat. at 9 am. When I walked in two dogs were on tables, three others were in crates and a fourth was tethered to a crate. I told them who he was. She could not find his prior visit paperwork. She told me 2-3 hrs and would call upon his completion. 3 1/2 hrs later still no word. 4 1/2 hrs later and no response to calls made. Went straight to machine. We went up to the groomers and she had still not begun him, yet dogs who were after him were done and gone!!! He sat tethered to the door handle. She said she would get to him next and it would be another hour. We left without having him groomed and I am devastated. I feel this was poor business on her part and will not frequent there again and warn others against it. What is the point of an appointment if its not honored. I feel her treatment of my dog (and even the poor others that were still waiting) was HORRIBLE... BOO!!! Monique, you should be ashamed!!!
