Review content:
If you want a special dinner, go to Koto on Wolf Road in Latham. I was first taken there by my family for Fathers' Day and enjoyed it so much I have been back at least ten times. I have brought friends and family to try it and they all were impressed. Everyone who took care of us worked very hard and was very pleasant. The food is outstanding! The sushi is BY FAR the best in the Capital District and the sushi chefs always make a beautiful presentation to go with their tasty craft. You will have birds, palm trees or flowers carved from vegetables or formed from wasabi decorating your dinner. There are several habachi tables and the chefs make sure everyone has a great time. Pros: Food, service, ambiance Cons: Busy - get there early or call ahead
