Review content:
I am highly disappointed with the lack of service at the Main Street Cartersville, GA location. I arrived at the store on 6/14/2012 to get a cut and color at 6:07. The store closes at 8:00, as it was a Thursday. I was turned away because I did not arrive 2 hours before closing. I can't believe that for seven minutes I was turned away. That is ridiculous. I said so much to the stylist who was literally sitting in a chair as she had no customer. There were two stylists and one male customer getting a cut. I am disgusted with this snooty stylist. I felt that she was lazy and just did not want to do her job. I could understand if she had a customer. But she decided that sitting around gossiping was more important than actually doing her job. They just just lost a customer. Way to go Customer NO SERVICE!!!
