On behalf of my mother, Dora, and myself; we want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help in the sale of Moms home at 1831 East 14th Street, in The Dalles. My mother has Alzheimers and was not always aware of all the services you provided, but more than once commented on how nice, pleasant, and helpful you were in the sale of her home. Your understanding and patience with my mother during the sale of her home was exceptional and it was extremely comforting to me that I knew that both of you were there for her,
I also want to personally express my gratitude for all the help and assistance you provided me. With my Mom living in Oregon and me in Arizona, the sale of her home could not have been completed without the excellent customer service provided by you and Columbia Gorge Real Estate. You constantly kept me informed on all issues and were never too busy to answer my concerns, no matter how many times I called. Your expertise in the The Dalles Oregon market also provided us with a contact for an estate sale. This final hurdle enabled us to bring closure to our part of moving Mom to Arizona. Even after we returned to Arizona, you still remained vigilant in your efforts to keep us apprised of any final closing details.
