I went to Puggi on a Wed evening at closing and spoke to Chuck about getting some good topsoil he said call back tomorrow. I called and spoke to a woman I asked if the topsoil was good quality she said yes i asked for a price I was told $ 25.00 a yard with a $ 50.00 delivery charge to Margate. I told her I want to order she said for me to wait because the soil was wet and to wait till it dried I called back 10 days latter they told me we won't deliver two yards it has to be four I said I just called two weeks ago.
I asked to speak to the owner and explained the situation she HUNG UP ON ME.
