Sales associate Mike Fezatte provided a particularly high level of service from the time I made my initial purchase inquiry to the vehicle's delivery. Negotiating a sales price was entirely pain free because of Mr. Fezatte's candor and genuine desire to get me into the car I wanted. I ordered a vehicle to my specifications, and Mr. Fezatte provided me with regular updates on the vehicle's manufacturing and delivery timetables. When the vehicle arrived, finalizing the transaction was quick and easy and I drove away with the recognition that this was simply the best new car buying transaction I have experienced. Mr. Fezatte should be commended for his exemplary level of customer service.
