I had the pleasure of dealing with Kerry Leino during my last service visit. What an absolute joy to deal with an individual in the service industry that ""gets it"". Due to the geographical distance from my office to the dealership I am more often than not required to schedule appointments after 6PM. Even in the later part of what I can imagine is a long work day Kerry is attentive to my service needs as if I was her first customer of the day. The entire process was outstanding from the return of my cleaned and vacuumed vehicle to the cashier experience. This is now my third vehicle purchased through Jennings?s, price is always a factor but outstanding service keeps me coming back!
