Review content:
Terrible! After being ""too busy"" to make my scheduled consultation and wasting my time, he stood me up on the wisdom teeth extraction surgery as well!! His staff is obnoxious, rude, disrespectful and inefficient. I was never notified that my appointments were canceled, my questions were never answered without asking those questions repeatedly. I felt like I was discussing a hot button issue with a politician - the staff are just plain not interested in doing their job. Based on my communications with the staff and the doc over the course of a few months trying to get in to have my wisdom teeth removed I can't say this is an isolated incident or limited to one person who works there. Every time I had interactions with the staff or the doc I felt like I was another $1000 walking through their office: so much for being a patient. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I won't be going back to Jay Selznick ever and am filing a complaint with my insurance company.
