This Hall overall is my favorite. It is very clean and overall is very safe. For the most part the people are very nice there. I have been to all the other halls in the area and found them to have lots of druggies and unsafe people there. I also had my purse stolen! So far Grand Oaks seams to be the safest and friendliest hall in the greater Sacramento area. My husband and I typically try to play on Wed. and Thurs. nights hosted by the local Food Bank. The Volunteers are very nice and helpful and the game schedule is great too. If you are looking for a fair, fun and safe place to play, I would strongly recommend Grand Oaks. I have also heard good things about the other charities in that hall too. Pros: Friendly Volunteers, Safe, Fun Cons: cafeteria is so/so
