I must say that I will most likely never shop here ever again. It seems like the place is barely struggling to stay in business. I first came to Magnolia over a year ago in search of a control 4 automation system since they were listed as a dealer. The only bright side to my experience here was Ryan the sales guy. He used to go the extra mile to take care of all of my needs. He never pressured me into buying anything I didn't need and he really knew his stuff. I speak in the past tense because he does not work there anymore.
The other jokers that I have tried to deal with seem like sleazy used car salesmen and they're very arrogant. I've gotten conflicting advice from every sales person that I have spoken to. Their prices are even higher than Best Buy which seems to own them. Nobody in this store is capable of answering some of my technical questions regarding my home automation gear. Every time I've gone into this store the sales guys are all standing together at their counter jerking around and waiting to scam the next person that walks through the door. They work on commission and there's a couple that I've dealt with that seem to want to sell you whatever will make them the most money and not what you really need or want.
The last time I was in there, there was some unfortunate customer complaining to the store manager about the terrible service he was receiving for his receiver that was being repaired. The manager sounded like a chump and was saying anything just to get the customer to leave. I guess that was a good sign not to have these clowns ever repair anything for me.
My advice is to go online and find other places to spend your money!
Pros: This used to be a great store, not anymore
