Katie saved the day, literally. I had dyed my own hair w/ a box mix and it turned out horrible... all this only 11 days before my wedding! I came into Michael Isaiah right before they closed and yet Katie and Derek, out of kindness, stayed longer to help me out!
Derek completely salvaged my hair color w/ his critique of the current situation and creativity w/ different hair coloring techniques/methods.
Katie then cut and styled my hair just exactly how I had hoped.
My wedding day was saved... once a purple/blue/grey-headed bride-to-be and, thanks to Katie and Derek at Michael Isaiah, I was/am the natural ash-blonde bride!
Thank you, Katie, and thank you, Derek, for helping me in the self-imposed disastrous hair situation! You are the best!
