Worse experience ever was with Dean's Plumbing........ they are friendly and timely but there is no quality in their work and you will pay outrages prices for their services. My air conditioner required servicing. It required 2 service calls to make the repair and another visit from the manager to review the problems. Three different calls - three different responses - and they charged a $300 diagnostic yet they never could determine what was the issue. Coolant needed to be added (for another $400 dollars). End results, $700 in charges and an additional $2,000 for damages. Subsequent to Dean's repair I contact other service companies who provided estimates for repair - they all were a FRACTION of what Dean's charged. My advice - check around - it won't take long to find a more affordable, reliable company to repair your furnance/air conditioner or plumbing needs.
