My wife and i had our rings designed by these guys, the owners son (raffi) is very possibly the smartest guy in business. He is a gemologist and jewelry designer with a background in engineering. he designed our rings on his computer (which is a sight to see) and then made it so we could view the ring in a 3D like picture before he evern made it. He has a very high tech machine that carved the model in wax just as we saw it on the screen. he did a job that was far beyond our expectations and basically spoiled us. Raffi is very patient and is not affraid to tell you when you are making a bad choice. his honesty was refreshing, but just know that he is at times brutaly honest and u can get overwhelmed with information. i myself liked all the information where as my wife just wanted the ring and not the info. Prices was very fair for the job and frankly had i known the rings were gonna turn out this good, i would have paid more for what we got.
