JEMs needs to get a grip, and quickly. I am not kidding, after ordering a double scoop in a waffle cone the employee measured/weighed the cone then proceeded to scrape off about 25percent of the top scoop until it weighed the appropriate amount. For a mom-n-pop type shop their service better be equal or better than their product and neither was the case. One employee was busy working on another persons order and asked their co-worker to help us. The response came with a ""oh sure ok...do you guys know what you want yet"" Then to have a lopsided cone, scraped apart to get an exact weight. I can't start telling enough people about what an ice-cream joke JEMs is. . . . Anybody passing through town is best to stop well before Main Street - do NOT NOT NOT stop at JEMs-is-a-Joke.
