I am very pleased with their services. My mother is 91 and I bought her some personal training services, she wanted to get some strength back and increase stamina. At first I was skeptical, but it has been 6 months and my mom says she loves training it actually made her more positive on life. The thing I love is my mother has started walking straighter and wants to do more activities, like going to the mall.
