Horrible Service!!! On the bright side our driver was on time but that was about it. Maybe our driver was having a bad day but as a provider of what I would consider a luxury service I expected him as act as a professional. The driver was rude to our wedding planner, our guests, and failed to open the door for the bride at all opportunities. Our driver provided worst service than a cab driver. We contacted the company to talk about the issue and it was clear that nothing was going to happen as a result. They wanted us to send in a letter describing the ordeal and it seemed that the driver had already talked to the managers about us. Wonder if the driver already knew he did a crappy job and was just trying to cover with his boss. Bottom Line, we were sorely disappointed with Kelly Transportation as a company and would never recommend them to a friend.
