Review content:
We went here to get our toddler's hair cut. We called ahead to make an appointment since we have a newborn, but were told they did walk-ins only. It is pricey ($20 wash, cut, blow-out) but the website looked like a fun experience. When we arrived there was one child ahead of us, and more came in behind us. We got skipped! Only after waiting 20 more min were we told that anyone with a $25 VIP ""membership"" would be served ahead of us, and at that point there were 6 VIP kids in the door. These details were not posted anywhere, and this was never offered to us as an option when we called. We left with a disappointed toddler, but went next door to Great Clips ($11) and a promise for a new toy. We won't go back.
Pros: colorful, kid-friendly
Cons: not parent friendly
