Review content:
I have used Rustic Ridge 4 times in the last year. The staff is friendly and I truly believe they take good care of my two dogs. This is a no frills kennel. No fancy play date or plush doggie beds, but clean and comfortable. However, my concern is the feeding. I pack my dogs food in individual bags and I pack just enough for their stay. I always count the bags about 5-6 to check myself. But, every time I pick up my dogs, there are extra bags of food. When I mention this to the staff, they say I must have over packed. I know I didn't over pack.
