I have naturally very curly hair, and have had horrible previous experiences getting a decent hair cut. This includes very expensive (aveda) salons. Based on the recommendation of a friend, I went to Joseph Anthony for a trim and a temporary hair straightening. Noel was my hair stylist, and I could not have been more pleased! Not only did she do an amazing hair trim, but she made my super curly hair straight and look absolutely beautiful. I have gone back, and had Noel do several other things (permanent hair relaxing, additional hair trims), and have always been pleased. Not to mention, the hair cuts are very reasonably priced (around $40 for women). The only issue is, it's a barber shop and not a salon, so no frills included. But, I would always prefer getting a GOOD haircut, rather than having a glass of wine and over-paying for a haircut I don't like. I recommend Noel, at Joseph Anthony's!
